1. Are your items authentic and brand new?
Yes, they are 100% authentic and brand new. Many of our buyers have verified with 2nd hand branded bags shops/retail boutiques. Our supplier ensures that no fakes are sold.
2. If so, why are they sold at such low prices compared to boutiques?
Commonly known to all, boutiques have overheads to incur as their costs such as labour costs, rental charges, electrical bills etc. As a result, they mark up their profit margin tremendously although the high prices may not justify its actual value.
As an online shop, other than our precious time taken to manage the online shop, we do not incur such extra charges. Hence, we do not have to factor in that much of a cost into our prices. Our items are directly supplied from a trusted and reliable distributor and thus, there are lesser changed hands involved which equates to lesser fees incurred as well.

3. Why am I required to pay a deposit?
Most of our items are on a pre-order basis, which means that you will have to 'book a slot' with us to order first. By paying a deposit, it guarantees your order and sincerity in purchasing from us. We have had many buyers who are insincere in ordering and although we do not incur high overheads as mentioned above, by attending to your queries and processing your orders, we are devoting our precious time to cater to your needs so as to ensure full customer satisfaction. We are humans too so we seek your kind understanding on this.
If you are not comfortable with the deposit, please think twice before ordering from us. Unless the item is out of stock or defective (Please see point ), the deposit is non-refundable. You will pay the remaining amount during the collection of the items.

4. Can I make reservations?
We work on a deadline basis for each pre-order so that it clarifies matter and that both parties (you and we) do not get confused by the overwhelming orders and estimated date of arrival.
We will take note of your order(s) when you submit them to us and will keep the item(s) on hold for 48hrs. A confirmation email will be sent when we receive the deposit payment. If there is no payment made after 48hrs, we will assume that you are no longer keen in ordering and will cancel your order accordingly.
Do not worry, we are nice people and understand that the customer has the right to walk away before any confirmation/payment of order, thus we do not blacklist anyone. Well, unless you annoy the hell outta us!!! :p

For the remaining amount, you may pay up during the collection of the items.

6. What is the waiting lead time?
As our items are imported from overseas, patience is much appreciated for the arrival of items. Do allow 2 to 3 weeks of waiting time before we inform you of the collection of your items.

Due to our tight schedule, we are working full-time by the way, we can only accommodate to meet up after office hours at Kembangan MRT. We are usually not available during the weekends.
Please also note that the items are rather bulky and we do not drive, so carrying a handful of them is quite tedious for us as well.

We strongly recommend courier services because firstly, the delivery man will send the parcel over to your door step at your own preferred date and timing - totally at your own convenience compared to normal/registered postage services offered by Singpost, they do not offer such customer service.
Secondly, we understand that these branded bags are not cheap and hence, we would want to ensure that your items reach you safely.
It is always wise to pay a little extra more to ensure security and safe arrival of your items rather than to have paid for something lesser but with anxiety and insecurity attached. Do note that parcels do get lost with Singpost, especially with normal postage, so do not take that risk.
Lastly, the courier service charges are paid directly to the delivery man from our side once we make arrangements with him. We do not earn from these charges at all.
We would also ensure that the deliveryman inform you beforehand via your contact number provided, of his arrival so that you can expect him with knowledge and not without knowledge.

The doctrine of caveat emptor (buyer beware) applies and we will not be liable should there be any defects found once you part with us. This is also to prevent frauds. Should there be defects found and shown to us on the spot during the collection, we will not collect the remaining amount and would exchange a brand new bag which you would be notified further for collection.
For customers who opt for courier services, as mentioned, we do conduct checks for defects on the items before sending them out, hence there should not be any case of defects when items reach you.
